Jetour PH recognized by CAMPI as the top PHEV-selling brand for H1 2026

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated was recognized by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) as the best-selling PHEV brand for the first half of 2026. 

The aforementioned was detailed in a previous report that tallied all CAMPI member brands’ xEV sales for the first six months of the year. In total, JAPI has sold 1,891 PHEV units for the said period. 

According to Jetour’s local arm, its success in PHEV sales is attributed to models in the Lightning i-DM series. This includes the T1 Lightning i-DM, T2 Lightning i-DM, and the X70 Lightning i-DM. 

“Being recognized as the country’s leading PHEV-selling brand for the first half of the year is a proud moment for everyone at Jetour Auto Philippines,” JAPI Managing Director Miguelito Jose said. 

“More importantly, it gives us a greater responsibility to ensure that our products and services continue to meet the expectations of our customers, and we credit its growth to the people behind the brand,” Jose added. 

For those curious, the second best-selling CAMPI car brand in the PHEV segment for H1 2026 is Geely with 1,270 units, followed by Chery in third with 737 units.

Latest Jetour model in PH

The latest Jetour model in the Philippine market is the G700 PHEV - a flagship sport utility vehicle (SUV) under the Jetour Gaia premium sub-brand. Pricing for the model starts at P4.488 million. 

Propelling the Jetour Gaia G700 PHEV is the V12 Performance 2.0-liter turbocharged i-DMO (Intelligent Dual Motor Off-road) powertrain, which can produce up to 892 horsepower and 1,135 Newton-meters of torque. The model also has a combined total range of up to 1,200 kilometers. 

Notably, the Jetour Gaia G700 PHEV is a highly capable off-road vehicle thanks to its 900-millimeter wading depth, waterproof powertrain, adaptive air-suspension system, and 2.5-ton towing capacity. 

The nameplate also has an intelligent 4x4 system, tank turn, and crab-walk capabilities. These go together with its front and rear electronic locking differentials and its ground clearance of 230 millimeters. 

But while the Jetour Gaia G700 PHEV was specced for toughness, it also has the following noteworthy amenities:

• Four-screen display configuration (35.4-inch Skyline Screen,15.6-inch central high-definition control display, a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted entertainment screen, and an 8.8-inch rear climate control interface)
• 18-piece Harman Kardon Lexicon speaker set with a 900-watt amplifier
• Multi-functional, power-adjustable front seats with eight-mode massage functionality
• Second-row captain seats with electronic-folding third row
• Ambient lighting-integrated fragrance system 
• Triple-zone automatic climate control system
• 6.6-kilowatt vehicle-to-load system
