Maxus PH partially reopens dealership operations

MANILA: Maxus Philippines has reopened select dealerships  on May 18 at 50% capacity. The resumption of operations happened after more than two months of temporarily shutting down sales and after-sales services in compliance with the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), enforced to aid in curbing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The dealerships that have resumed operations are the following: Maxus Taguig South at 6140 P. Cayetano Blvd., Brgy. Usuan, Taguig City; Maxus Quezon Avenue at 1229 Quezon Avenue, Quezon City; Maxus Mandaluyong Greenfield District at 833 Sheridan Street, Barangay Highway Hills in Mandaluyong City; and Maxus Alabang at Alabang-Zapote Road, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Maxus Iloilo located in Barangay Taft North, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, also reopened when the province was placed under general community quarantine (GCQ).

Meanwhile, Maxus Cebu, situated along Soriano Avenue in the North Reclamation Area, Mabolo, Cebu City will remain closed until further notice.

Under the “new normal” of business operations, Maxus will welcome customers with additional health and safety measures and protocols. These guidelines are based on the recommendations of the dealership sales and after-sales operations guide of the auto company and the IATF-EID.

Both walk-in customers and those who have scheduled appointments need to wear face masks before entering the premises of the dealership. 

It is highly recommended for customers to schedule their service appointments and showroom visits online or call their preferred Maxus dealerships for assistance. They can also inquire via the email of the customer care team of Maxus Philippines, customercare@maxus.com.ph.

There are also safety and health guidelines for employees. The staff needs to regularly sanitize the facilities and high-contact areas of the dealership to ensure the protection and safety of the clients.
