Omoda surpasses 100k-unit milestone

In less than a year since its inception, Omoda already breached the 100,000-unit sales milestone.

The company shared in a statement that it has reached the aforementioned feat as early as last month after it sold 16,686 vehicles — growing by a 6.04-percent month-on-month.

To date, Omoda is present in over 10 countries spanning Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, and South America.

It was back in mid-August when Omoda 5 and Omoda 5 EV were unveiled at the Indonesia International Auto Show and clinched the “Best Test Drive Sport Utility Vehicle” award at the show.

Further, the model’s internal combustion engine option was also tested in Costa Rica.

In Spain, the Omoda 5 was the official vehicle for the “2023 ITF W100 Disa Gran Canaria Women's International Tennis Championship,” offering transportation support for the participating teams, and showcasing  "unparalleled driving quality."

To note, Omoda and Jaecoo will officially enter the Philippine market in the latter part of the year.

Further, Omoda and Jaecoo for Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe General Manager Jeff Liu and Country Director for Philippines Marco Chen said that in a roundtable discussion held in Wuhu, China that they shall deliver efficient aftersales support to its would-be market locally.
