Toyota PH brings back Lite Ace in LCV form

MANILA: The Toyota Lite Ace has been brought back by Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) as a light commercial vehicle (LCV) that will serve as a dependable business partner for Filipino entrepreneurs. The Toyota Lite Ace was launched last Friday, July 15, at Farmers Plaza in Araneta City, Quezon City.

“With the introduction of the all-new Lite Ace, we are responding to the long-time request of our customers for Toyota to introduce a light commercial vehicle. We are confident that the all-new Lite Ace is a game-changer, not just in uplifting the auto industry, but more importantly in improving the way homegrown businesses move people and goods,” TMP President Atsuhiro Okamoto stated.

With TMP's 72-strong dealership network, the all-new Lite Ace is now available to more businesses in various industries across the country, especially in areas where delivery time of products and services depends on efficient transportation.

The signature QDR (Quality, Durability, and Reliability) of Toyota products, which meets the needs of MSMEs seeking the most returns on every investment, is another factor supporting TMP's entry into this new category. This also leads to reduced vehicle downtime, guaranteeing business continuity and preventing time and financial losses or additional repair costs. By doing this, Toyota ensures that the all-new Lite Ace is a vehicle that MSMEs may easily acquire.

Through Toyota Financial Services Philippines (TFSPH), TMP is offering the all-new Lite Ace under special financing plans that let customers purchase units under a weekly payment plan with rates as low as P2,903.50 per week. Because of this, buying a Toyota commercial vehicle is simpler and more affordable for people looking to launch or grow their own small businesses.

There are two variations of the all-new Lite Ace available: the Pickup, which has an open bed for quick and flexible loading, and the Panel Van, which has a sliding enclosure for more secure cargo transport. The Pickup and Panel Van both feature heavy-duty and large capacities, making them ideal for any demands for transporting heavy loads.

The Dropside Pickup can be used for industrial and agricultural needs, while the Panel Van is perfect for e-commerce parcel delivery. TMP plans to launch the Aluminum Van, which is perfect for transporting dry goods, and the Utility Van, which is ideal for moving people, by September.

The all-new Lite Ace is powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Additionally, the Lite Ace has practical convenience features like air conditioning and electric power steering. The Lite Ace prioritizes safety through SRS Airbags, anti-lock brake system (ABS), and vehicle stability control (VSC) for the Panel Van.

The Pickup Lite Ace is priced at P570,000, while the Panel Van Lite Ace retails for P655,000. Every purchase of the Lite Ace comes  with one-year or 20,000-kilometer free periodic maintenance.
