Want to fly premium? Try Lexus Flight

MANILA: Lexus has expanded its portfolio; it now offers air mobility through Lexus Flight.

Operated by Aero Toyota, the latest addition to the premium marque’s range offers helicopter transportation services using a dedicated Lexus helicopter. Operations will commence on August 24.

Positioned as the starting point for a new mobility ecosystem connecting land, sea, and air, the marque’s service further combines products and lifestyle experiences to redefine the very concept of mobility.

In a statement, Lexus said that Lexus Flight carries the “Discover-Imitate No One” brand message unveiled at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show. This reaffirms its commitment to further transforming the marque into one that delivers truly one-of-a-kind experiences for each individual customer. 

This joins the LS Concept six-wheeler package and the LY680 flagship yacht to help customers discover their own unique luxury lifestyle—expanding the Japanese mobility company’s value proposition into a mobility experience spanning land, sea, and air.

Here are the specifications for the helicopter that will be used for the newly-revealed upscale transport service.

Based on the AgustaWestland Leonardo AW169, the seven-seater aircraft measures:

Overall dimensions (length, width, and height; in meters)

14.65 x 3.21 x 4.56

Powered by Two Pratt and Whitney Canada PW210A1 turboshaft engines, the Lexus Helicopter has a maximum cruise speed of 267 kilometers per hour and a maximum range of 785 kilometers. 

Among the chopper’s notable technologies are:

• Wi-Fi connectivity and an onboard tablet providing cabin climate and lighting controls
• Live flight map
• Exterior live camera views
• Entertainment system

More information about Lexus Flight is expected to be revealed once the new mobility service formally starts its operations.

Abroad, the all-new Lexus ES is available in three variants namely 350h, 350e, and 500e. All of which are electrified models are their monikers suggest.
