Triumph Motorcycles PH puts up Lipa dealer

MANILA: Triumph Motorcycles Philippines Incorporated (TMPI) has expanded its presence in Southern Luzon with the inauguration of its dealership in Lipa, Batangas.

The newly opened Triumph Motorcycles Motorrad Alley Lipa—established in partnership with New Nemar Development Corporation—was formally had its inauguration last September 17. 

Located at General Luna Street, Pilahan, Barangay Sabang in Lipa City, the facility operates seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Reaching more riders 

In a statement, the brand’s distributor in the country said that putting up a Triumph dealership within Motorrad Alley will provide riders in Batangas and nearby provinces direct access to its offerings, including the company’s range of motorcycles, genuine parts, clothing and accessories, as well as after-sales and service support.

During the grand opening ceremony, the General Manager of Triumph Motorcycles Philippines Incorporated emphasized that the new dealership represents more than the physical expansion of Triumph's dealer network. 

“Bringing this iconic British badge to Lipa is not just an expansion on a map. It is the opening of a home, a clubhouse, for riders who demand nothing less than soul, refined performance, and character on two wheels,” TMPI General Manager Mark Gabriel said during the dealership opening.

He also noted the importance of delivering a complete ownership experience beyond the motorcycle purchase itself.

“Selling a motorcycle is only the first handshake. What truly defines Triumph is everything that follows. We look forward to Triumph Lipa delivering an unmatched standard of customer service, precision workshop care, and responsive after-sales support,” he explained.

Additionally, Triumph Motorcycles Motorrad Alley Lipa dealership is expected to be a gathering point for Triumph owners and enthusiasts in Batangas and Southern Luzon. 

Following the establishment’s inauguration, Gabriel vowed to work in close coordination with its new dealer partner.

“To our partners at New Nemar Development Corporation, building that community is a journey, but you do not walk it alone. You have the full, steadfast commitment of TMPI and the Autohub Group. We will work hand-in-hand with you in training, marketing, service support, and community rides to ensure Triumph Lipa sets the standard in Southern Luzon,” Gabriel said.

In the Philippines, Triumph Motorcycles’ portfolio ranges from Modern Classics and Roadsters to its Tiger adventure line.

Relatedly, TMPI said that it also places equal importance on understanding the individual rider and matching them with the motorcycle and ownership experience that best suits their needs.

“At Triumph, we train our sales consultants not to push a product, but to listen and understand the person in front of them. We don’t just close a sale; we welcome a lifelong member into our fold,” Gabriel shared.

To note, Motorrad Alley is a motorcycle destination and lifestyle hub in the South developed by the New Nemar Development Corporation by bringing together multiple iconic motorcycle brands, authorized dealerships and service facilities, genuine parts and accessories, riding gear, and motorcycle-focused communities in a single destination. 

The area is eyed to become a hub for the region's growing riding culture.
