The Audi RS6 Avant is a big car capable of slicing through the technical, tight canyon roads. Once I get past the initial turn-in, it tucks itself eagerly into the turn with the rear. As a family hauler, it is very useful. Unlike most of the other performance cars, the power delivery of this vehicle isn’t that brutal. Yes, it’s very capable and strong at flinging the wagon in as little as 3.2 seconds from 0 to 60 mph, but it doesn’t seem to be trying to tear the transmission. It has all of the standard cues of Audi, including quality leather, satin metal, and a digital instrument panel.
