No clue what BMW had in mind while designing the X3. The build quality of the interior is cheap. There are lots of plastic materials for such a hefty-priced car. Many of the controls, such as the climate and the door, are flimsy and cheap. The cabin does not exude the typical BMW luxury but has a cold techno look. The dashboard section facing the front passenger gives the appearance of an unfinished vinyl bubble. I’m really very disappointed with the purchase and have decided to trade this vehicle as soon as possible.
