For this, the Palisade is powered by a 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel engine with a CRDI technique at its heart. The engine has the capacity to generate 200 PS and a maximum torque of 441 Nm. The drive is sent to all the four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission system.

Furthermore, the vehicle also comes with Multi-Terrain Control that can be adjusted via a gauge. It also offers a number of driving modes like Sport, Smart, Eco, and Comfort.

Hyundai Palisade also holds good with braking and safety features and it draws the stopping power from an all disc-layout.
