While the branding is ‘Mini’, the car is not at all small in size. In fact ‘Mini’ is a misnomer here. The car feels very poised and is neat around the corners. There’s no under-steer. Despite the rather longish look for a crossover-hatchback, the Countryman has a fine balance and performs equally well on both city streets and highways. All Mini cars come with great handling and the Countryman is no exception. That said, all Minis have a rather stiff suspension and it’s the same with the Countryman. Seating is fairly comfortable for a mid-range drive. The low-speed ride isn’t great.

ini's Countryman is well-known for its elegant handling and rough yet attractive appearance. I've been driving this countryman for quite some time, and what I enjoy best about it is its spacious interior, which is built of high-quality materials. The vehicle is well-balanced and manoeuvres well through bends. There is no understeering. Despite its relatively lengthy appearance for a crossover-hatchback,

If you want a bit more space than the usual Mini 3-door or 5-door, then the Countryman should be your choice. It’s taller, can accommodate more cargo and is the biggest car in Mini’s portfolio. The cruise control, dual-zone climate control, and the power-adjustable driver’s memory seats make the Countryman worth buying. The performance of the powertrain is sporty. There’s
