It took some time to adapt to the ride of the Porsche Cayenne, especially after gliding around for years in the BMW 750’s plush suspension. Initially, the firmer setup could be noticed right away. Every road ripple and bump felt more pronounced than I expected. However, rather than considering it a downside, I found this to be a part of the DNA of Cayenne. This car has not just been built to pamper, but to engage. Steering inputs are direct and crisp, and the wheel doesn’t feel heavy. For its weight and size, the Porsche Cayenne is surprisingly agile.
