As said earlier, KTM is known for making bikes which make their own space in the crowd. The naked body design with frame parts exaggerated to the outer side looks stunning and add muscle to the personality of the bike. The meter console is an orange backlighted square-ish unit which displays all the information on single screen including speed, odometer, trip, warning signs, rpm, etc.

KTM has designed its insignia creatively and is perfectly placed over the fuel tank. Youth are the ones who will make things happen in the future, and hence, the design spectrum in this bike totally depicts what the alleged target audience need. The bike features a slim yet muscular design which stretches up to the rear wheel in a massaged body style.

This bike is introduced in dual color options which have been merged elegantly. The dual seat structure for rider and pillion makes it comfortable than the conventional single saddle, however, the rear seat may seem to fall short for two ideal sized adults. But, the body style or the category under which this bike falls, usually have a small rear seat in order to keep the rider and pillion position as per the aerodynamics of the bike.

KTM has revved up this bike with a 200cc liquid cooled 4-stroke DOHC petrol engine engaged with 4 valves and electronic fuel injection. This bike can be judged for their identity from a kilometer or two due to their contrasting yet crisp exhaust note that may remind you of some old school motorcycles from Yamaha or Suzuki’s stable. The bike delivers 26 hp of power at 10,000rpm, though one would hardly push it hard up to that limit.

It is good on performance and obeys every single command of its master. Up to the 8000 rpm limit, the engine sounds healthy and potent enough to keep the performance on the rocks. However, this 200cc engine loses out its patience once the revs start approaching the count beyond 8500 rpm. Hence, we address this bike as an ideal city commuter with a punch of zeal to pull out the enthusiast within every rider.

Though the front and rear wheels have superb brakes with 300mm disc at front and 230mm disc at the rear, the tires as well play a major role in keeping the bike under control. The 150 section at the rear and 110 at the front are good enough to lean over the corners and one doesn’t need to put any serious efforts there.

On an average, one can maneuver the streets and free roads easily along with some off road fun, thanks to the front upside down 43mm forks with a travel distance of 150 mm. At the rear, the agility gets on the top with the mono shock setup grasping the jerks up to 150 mm of travel length. The straight bar handle or steering is a gem for the rider and responses well too. With a top speed of 134 kph, one can have a comfortable city commuter with a reasonable package of equipment and features.
