AU-market Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury promises luxury jet experience

MANILA: The Australian-market Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury is an opulent multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) that promises a luxury jet-like experience.

According to Australian wing of Lexus, the LM 500h Ultra Luxury revolutionizes the chauffeured luxury experience for its two rear-cabin occupants with a suite of personalized tech-centric comfort features to offer a level of indulgence and cocooned refinement normally experienced at 35,000 feet.

“The LM 500h Ultra Luxury redefines luxury mobility,” noted Lexus Australia Chief Executive John Pappas.

“The thoughtful appointments, takumi craftsmanship, and serene cabin make the all-new LM 500h Ultra Luxury the new benchmark for personalized chauffeured travel,” he added.

Inside the 500h Ultra Luxury variant of the Lexus LM are two captain chairs, which grant occupants a huge amount of room. The leather-accented seats can slide forward and backward. An ottoman extends further to provide the passengers with a fully flat seat experience for total relaxation.

“Just like a first-class airplane seat, the seat may be returned to the upright position at the push of a single button,” Lexus wrote in a press release.

The seats are heated up to the armrests and the ottoman. Seat ventilation and massaging are also other features that enhance the occupant’s experience.

Inside, the Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury also boast independent temperature control to further refine the warmth of coolness of the cabin. Further, the rear seats are equipped with a warmth-sensing infrared ray matrix sensor to determine the temperature of specific body areas and adjust the various climate functions accordingly to provide the ideal cabin temperature.

To help the occupants further relax, the Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury is fitted with a 48-inch widescreen unit to offer a mobile cinema experience on the road. Lexus Australia also pointed out that the massive screen can also be configured as an interactive screen for business meetings on the go.

Audio is directed to either a headphone unit or the vehicle’s 23-speaker Mark Levinson Reference 3D Surround Sound System to give the passengers unrivaled acoustics whether they’re watching a movie or a concert and even when attending mobile meetings.

Individual tablets are placed on each of the two seats to allow all media to be controlled remotely.

Other notable features of the Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury include its large-capacity refrigerator, a handful of charging outlets, adjustable sunshades, mood lighting, and a host of premium materials peppered all around the cabin.

The Lexus LM 500h Ultra Luxury is priced at AUD $220,888 or approximately P8.124 million.
