Audi to display the AI:Trail concept at Frankfurt

MANILA: The Frankfurt Motor Show is going to be an extravagant event and an emotional bonanza for anyone who holds an interest in automobiles. Our attention in this story is on the Audi AI:Trail that the German automobile manufacturer is all set to display at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. More interestingly, the concept will feature Audi's Quattro technology that has developed by leaps and bounds over the years. Also, the AWD system is now present in almost all of the Audi vehicles, including various hatchbacks, SUVs, and sedans.

With the changing times and evolving electric vehicles, the population is finally paying heed to the latter. Pretty much every automaker is coming up with EVs these days. However, an all-electric off-road dedicated vehicle is something that we still cannot find. To fill the void here, Audi has come up with the AI:Trail, which is an all-electric off-roader with the German automakers Quattro tech. Besides the Quattro setup, the Audi AI:Trail will also boast a high ground clearance, chunky all-terrain tyres, and instantaneous torque thanks to the all-electric powertrain.

Coming on to the design aspect of the Audi Al:Trail, the EV off-roader packs in a slim and sleek silhouette, which is rather unconventional considering it is an off-road dedicated car. On the inside of the Audi Al:Trail will be a luxury interior. Apart from the aforementioned details, rest about the Audi Al:Trail will be disclosed at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. With the likes of the Aicon, the 700PS PB18 e-tron, AI:ME, and now the AL:Trail, we are looking at a very diverse EV lineup by Audi in the near future.

Another interesting reveal at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show is going to be of the new Volkswagen logo and brand design. Being one of the oldest auto-giants in the industry, Volkswagen now is looking forward to building a bolder and younger projection of the brand in front of the population.
