BYD's APAC dealer network now at 600

MANILA: BYD Cars Philippines has established the brand’s 600th store in the Asia-Pacific region.

Located at 6513 Bradco Avenue in Aseana City, Parañaque, the brand’s milestone facility was built together with Iconic Dealership Incorporated (IDI) — making it the dealer’s fourth showroom for the brand.

To note, the opening of the new BYD dealership followed the joint announcement from Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated and ACMobility to terminate their dealership collaboration starting January 1, 2026.

In a statement, the Ayala-led automotive distributor showcased the “Philippines’ growing role in the region’s shift toward transformative mobility and reflected the strong partnership between BYD and its local stakeholders. “

“This achievement is a proud moment for BYD and for the Philippines,” ACMobility Head of BYD Brand Dennis Salvador was quoted as saying.

“Hosting the 600th store in Asia Pacific highlights the importance of the Philippine market in the region and strengthens our role in making sustainable mobility more accessible. It’s a symbol of BYD’s mission to grow responsibly, innovate boldly, and lead with sustainability at the core,” he added.

Meanwhile, ACMobility Auto Care and Retail Head Steve Gingco said that the firm is honored for the newly-inaugurated dealership to be identified as the 600th store milestone for the Asia-Pacific region.

“As the world moves toward connected and electrified mobility, we provide the opportunity for every Filipino family to take part in that transformation, aligned with our vision to be the leading mobility provider for all,” the leader noted.

Per BYD Cars Philippines, the BYD Manila Bay features the marque’s latest electrified models and guarantees comprehensive sales and after-sales support.
