GAC PH extends reach with Matina dealership opening

MANILA: GAC Motor Philippines has inaugurated a new dealership in Davao, effectively extending its reach and improving its presence in the country. 

Per the local wing of the Astara-led Chinese carmaker, GAC Motor Matina — which was launched in partnership with FAS Motors Incorporated (Inc.) — sits at Block 2 Lot 3 South Road, Ma-a, Barangay Talomo, Davao City. 

The newly minted facility can accommodate up to six cars in its showroom. Likewise, the same number of vehicles can be catered to in its service center, which is equipped with specialized tools.

“We’re excited to offer the unparalleled automotive experience of Astara through GAC Motor to more Filipinos with the opening of our latest dealership in Matina, Davao City. Our partnership with FAS Motors allows us to bring the cutting-edge technology and stylish designs of our vehicles closer to even more communities throughout the nation,” Astara Philippines Country Manager Luis Torres said in a press release. 

GAC Matina offers sales, spare parts, and after-sales services, and has in its employ a team of expert technicians and responsive service advisors. 

It will be the new home of GAC vehicles, which are currently made up of the following models:
