‘Hefty’ oil price hikes set for Holy Week 2024
Gas to rise by P2.20/L, diesel by P1.40
MANILA: Fuel companies in the Philippines are set to implement big-time price hikes on all their products at the pump this week.

Oil companies shall jack up the pricing of gasoline by P2.20 per liter, diesel by P1.40 per liter, and kerosene by P1.30 per liter.When will the price adjustments take effect?
The said adjustments shall become effective as early as 12:01 a.m. of March 26, 2024.Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Phoenix, Seaoil, and Unioil shall jack up the pricing of gasoline by P2.20 per liter and diesel by P1.40 per liter.
Aside from that, Caltex, Petron, and Seaoil will also have an increase of P1.30 per liter on kerosene.
The changes, which other companies are expected to follow suit, shall take place as early as 12:01 a.m. tomorrow (March 26, 2024) on some brands.
Last week, firms raised the prices of gasoline by P0.10 per liter but trimmed down the same amount for diesel.
