Inchcape PH boosts customer care aftersales support with ‘Changan Tech Talk’

MANILA: Inchcape Philippines started its electric vehicle (EV) education series for Changan customers to unlock the full potential of their vehicles.

Called the “Changan Tech Talk,” the event assisted current Changan EV owners by educating them in handling and understanding their vehicles better. The initiative’s first in a series of immersive learning experiences was held last May 8 at its flagship dealership located in the C5-Pasig area.

Around 20 customers took part of the event. They are existing owners of:

• Nevo Hunter K50 Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV)
• Nevo Q05 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV)
• Nevo A05 PHEV
• Lumin Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV)

The program gave their clients informative and experiential training given by in-house trainers under Changan Philippines’ Aftersales Department. Aside from that, the event also gave way for customers and the Aftersales team to engage in meaningful discussions about their vehicles.

In a statement, Changan Philippines shared that the customers have also expressed satisfaction over their purchased units and are encouraging their families and friends to switch to a sustainable mobility by recommending EV models offered by the Chongqing-headquartered marque’s local arm.

Further, the Inchcape Philippines-led distributor guaranteed that more Changan Tech Talk training events with EV owners will be conducted throughout the year.

This program is part of its continuous efforts to bolster its presence in the country through delivering innovative mobility solutions and advanced driving technologies.
