Isuzu PH strengthens presence in Cavite with Dasma dealership opening

MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) announced that it has opened a new dealership in Dasmarinas to strengthen its presence in the Cavite area. 

The new location is situated along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway and has a total land area of 5,000 square meters.

Fully compliant with the Isuzu Outlet Standard, the new outlet has a spacious showroom that can cater to three vehicle displays including a truck. It also has a comfortable customer lounge where owners can wait while their vehicles are being serviced. 

Speaking of which, Isuzu Dasmarinas has seven service bays that can cater from light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks. 

IPC stressed that the new dealership is aligned with Isuzu’s Global Dealership Standard, which means that it gives importance not just to sales but the overall customer journey — starting from their inquiry, sales, after-sales service, and their continuous return to our showroom. 

“Considered one of the most competitive cities not just in CALABARZON but nationwide, Dasmarinas’ growth over the past years has shown to be strategic for Isuzu to set foot in this area. We are happy that through IDI (Iconic Dealership Inc.) the brand will have a bigger presence not just in this city but in the entire province in the years to come. We are confident that with IDI’s expertise in providing excellent customer service, will be able to take good care of our customers in this area similar to other dealerships they operate,” noted IPC President Tetsuya Fujita.

The new dealership is run by IDI.

IDI, which operates Isuzu Bacoor, has recently closed its Imus dealership. Moving forward, IDI will focus only on the cities of Bacoor and Dasmarinas. 

“The Isuzu brand has always been a jewel within IDI, it amounts to one-third of our business, and with this relocation we expect better returns in the future as it is located at the crossroads of two major thoroughfares, meaning there will be better visibility and accessibility to our customers in the area. The opening is also very timely since the industry is expecting to reach pre-pandemic level by the end of the year, hopefully fully recovered by next year,” commented IDI President Toti Zara.

Isuzu Dasmarinas is the 49th Isuzu dealership in the country. Here, customers can purchase the brand’s latest pick-ups, sport utility vehicles, and best-selling trucks.
