The prototype vehicle uses the “Thin, Light, and Wise” design concept. What other models belong to the Honda 0 family?

It comes with a refined design and a spacious cabin that offers occupant comfort.
Honda also noted that it is fitted with technologies that embody the Honda 0 Series development approach — “Thin, Light, and Wise.”

Behind, the U-shaped lighting that combines the tail lamps, backup lamps, and turn signal lamps, accentuates the contour of the rear. Per the Tokyo-headquartered company, this layout helps the electric vehicle (EV) achieve a design that is visually and functionally refined.

Super-One prototype compact EV
Aside from the Honda 0 α, the mobility firm also presented the Super-One prototype — a compact EV.
The Honda Super-One is envisioned as a compact car that will “transform everyday mobility into an exciting and uplifting experience.” This, the manufacturer pointed out, can be attained through a variety of features that make the in-vehicle experience more enjoyable for customers.

Eye-catching too are its front and rear air ducts, which enhance aerodynamic performance while also ensuring efficient cooling.

Since Hondas are known for their fun-to-drive characteristics, the small city EV is equipped with “Boost Mode” developed exclusively for the Super-One prototype. It is said to offer increased power output and sharper acceleration.
Display, availability
Both the Honda 0 α prototype and the Super-One prototype compact EV are currently on display at the carmaker’s booth at the Japan Mobility Show 2025. Visitors are welcome to check them out until November 9.
The Honda 0 α prototype is expected to be sold globally (mainly in Japan and India) starting in 2027. On the other hand, the Super-One prototype is slated to be launched in Japan starting in 2026, followed by other regions with strong demand for compact EVs, such as the United Kingdom and various Asian countries.
