Mazda PH offers 2-Year Extended Service Plan for as low as P38,250
MANILA: Mazda Philippines has introduced its 2-Year Extended Service Plan package that can be availed by customers who purchased their Mazda units between October 2017 to March 2020, or those who have not consumed their first three-year free service plan.
The package is offered to Mazda car owners who are currently enjoying the Free 3-Year Yojin-3 Service Plan and are planning to continue worry-free ownership for another two years.
The 2-Year Extended Service Plan costs P38,250 for Skyactiv-Gasoline engine models and P45,000 for both Skyactiv-Diesel and BT-50 engine models. The package will cover the fees of the fourth and fifth years of preventive maintenance services beginning from the unit’s 70,000-km PMS schedule. With the new service plan, Mazda car owners can save 15% off the regular PMS rate.
The Extended Service Plan also protects Mazda car owners from price inflation of parts and labor for two years. Mazda guarantees that only genuine parts are being used in the vehicles that they service.
The package also includes free emergency roadside assistance for two more years and other merchant-affiliated benefits.
In a statement, Mazda Philippines Chief Executive Officer Steven Tan said, “Owning a brand-new Mazda is not just about enjoying a pleasurable drive experience. It is also about the peace of mind afforded by a premium ownership experience. Having a complete dealership service record for five years protects a car’s residual value and therefore the customer’s investment. But more than that, the 2-Year Extended Service Plan offer is our way to reassure our customers that throughout their Mazda ownership journey, their cars will be in their most optimal condition and will continue to provide reliable service, safety, and performance.”
Since 2013, Mazda Philippines has been offering its free three-year PMS for every purchase of a new Mazda. The three-year PMS covers the cost of fully synthetic oil, parts, and labor associated with the 10,000-km PMS intervals of the first three years of ownership. The PMS is scheduled biannually for the first three years or 60,000 km at no extra cost.
Last year, Mazda Philippines started to extend the coverage of the free PMS for brand-new vehicles from three to five years. This includes Mazda units bought from April 2020 onward. Mazda launched the current five-year service plan to provide a worry-free ownership to brand-new Mazda vehicle owners as the economy recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to its outstanding after-sales service record, Mazda Philippines has ranked first in the 2016 and 2019 editions of the JD Power Customer Service Index Study. To learn more about their products, services, and offers, visit any Mazda 3S dealership nationwide.
