MPT Mobility’s AACI, Shell partnership to benefit Shell Go+ members

MANILA: The partnership between MPT Mobility’s newest division Assist and Assistance Concept Inc. (AACI) and Shell Pilipinas Corporation has secured safer and smoother travels for Shell Go+ members.

According to the Filipino mobility solutions firm, members of the petroleum company’s loyalty program will benefit from minor roadside assistance and 24/7 nationwide towing.

“Combining AACI’s operational expertise and MPT Mobility’s capabilities in enhancing the human experience, our clients will benefit from a holistic mobility ecosystem aimed at improving customer satisfaction,” AACI Head Ronald Carrillo said.

“MPT Mobility’s vision has always been about revolutionizing the experience of every driving Filipino on the road and road safety and the 24/7 assistance is a vital part of that experience,” he added.

The minor roadside assistance services available to Sheel Go+ members include battery boosting, changing of flat tires, and fuel delivery services.

For towing needs, AACI can dispatch a tow truck or mechanic and can provide end-to-end monitoring of the case until the vehicle is safely delivered to the service center. Crane services for members whose vehicles need to be recovered out of a ditch can also be requested.

The abovementioned perks are available for qualified Shell Go+ members with Class 1 and 2 vehicles, including vans, light-duty reconditioned vehicles, and four-wheeled cars for hire.
