North American Chevrolet Vehicles Showcased In Brand's Makati Outlet

MANILA: The formidable lineup of storied Chevrolet models was recently celebrated and their availability in the nation was announced at a recent special dealer event organized by Chevrolet Makati in May.

The event exhibited the great lineup of Chevrolet automobiles of today and honored the brand's rich past under the subject "World-Class Chevrolet: The League of North American Chevys." The 2023 Corvette C8 was highlighted in the showroom together with other Chevrolet North American vehicles like the Tahoe High Country and Camaro 3LT RS.

Leadership teams of Chevrolet Philippines and The Covenant Car Company Inc (TCCCI) made an announcement at the occasion stating that the Philippine market may expect a more consistent supply of North American Models (NAM) with TCCCI's renowned five-year warranty.

 

“Today, we are glad to announce the good news that Chevrolet’s North American products like the Suburban, Tahoe and Camaro are now available.” said TCCCI President and CEO Atty. Albert Arcilla. “With this development, we are confident to serve the demand for these models and we’re excited to see more of these new Chevys on the road moving forward.”

2023 Chevrolet Tahoe

The Chevrolet Tahoe exceptionally combines large SUV functionality with truck-like capability. This premium family vehicle has established its dominance in the US as the best-selling full-size SUV for two decades.

Powering the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe is a 5.3-liter V8 EcoTec Engine that produces 355hp and 518Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission and electronic shift control.

The 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe has a 125mm longer wheelbase and 169mm longer overall length compared to the previous generation, offering 40% more third-row legroom, 66% more cargo volume behind the third row, and 30% more maximum cargo room.

2023 Chevrolet Camaro 3LT RS

The Camaro gained popularity and won the hearts of muscle car aficionados thanks to its long history as a muscle car and its role as Bumblebee in the Transformers film series.

Twenty-inch wheels, LED headlamps with an LED light bar, dark taillamps, black front, and rear bowtie emblems, and an RS-specific grille are all featured on the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro 3LT RS.

A two-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 275 horsepower and 398 Nm of torque powers the Chevrolet Camaro. An eight-speed automatic transmission only drives the back wheels. It has independent sport suspension on all four corners and rides on General Motors' Alpha chassis. 4-piston Brembo brakes up front and performance disc brakes at the back provide stopping strength.
