PH customers can reserve an all-new Suzuki Fronx starting tomorrow

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) will start the reservation period for the all-new Fronx tomorrow.

According to the Japanese marque’s arm in the country, customers may pre-order a unit until September 5 through the Early Reservation Promo. Those who will take advantage of the sales initiative will receive freebies.

Those who secure an example for the model — particularly the GLX AT option — shall have exclusive Suzuki genuine accessories such as:

• One Suzuki genuine accessory luggage mat tray
• One set of Suzuki tire valve caps

“These fabulous freebies are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable, making them a truly exclusive token of appreciation for our earliest Fronx owners,” the company said in a statement.

To reserve, customers must place a minimum reservation fee of P10,000 at any authorized Suzuki dealership nationwide between August 20 and September 5, 2025. They may settle the amount via cash, check, or credit card (credit card reservations are subject to dealership acceptance policies).

Upon release, the reservation fee will be deducted from the full payment (for cash/bank purchase order) or from the down payment (for financed purchases).

SPH mentioned that those who will reserve an all-new Suzuki Fronx during the promo period must have their unit released on or before the end of the year to enjoy the promo benefits.

Per SPH, the accessories are exclusive to the GLX AT variant only and will be delivered directly to the client’s declared address after the vehicle release.

Further, the marque’s local arm noted that it will coordinate with dealerships regarding unit arrival updates, but immediate release is not guaranteed.

The promo cannot be combined with other ongoing promos or discounts unless otherwise stated. Lastly, SPH employees, its accredited dealers, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

To recall, the much-awaited model was previewed at the Matsuri 2025 last June — one of the events lined up for the year in celebrating the company’s 50th anniversary.

Vehicle specifications

Based on the documents from the Land Transportation Office, SPH’s upcoming crossover has the following measurements:

Powering the vehicle will be a 1.462-cubic-centimeter gasoline engine that allows the vehicle to reach a top speed of 175 kilometers per hour. 

SPH confirmed on its website that the vehicle will be fitted with a K15C Dualjet engine with smart hybrid vehicle system.

The homologation documents also stated that the upcoming Suzuki Fronx has a seating capacity for five individuals and wears 16-inch wheels wrapped in 196/60 tires.

Said to compete against the Toyota Raize and Kia Sonet, the aforementioned model was developed based on the concept of an easy-to-handle coupe style sport utility vehicle. It is already being sold in more than 70 countries around the world (which include India, Latin, America, Africa, and Japan).
