PH firms to drop pump prices for 2nd straight week this Apr.

MANILA: Fuel companies in the Philippines are implementing massive rollbacks across the board this week — the second consecutive movement this April.

Based on their respective advisories, Pilipinas Shell and Petron will reduce the retail price of their products at the pump by as much as P24.94 per liter. Check out their price cuts below:

Product	Price adjustment
Diesel	P24.94 per liter
Gasoline	P3.41 per liter
Kerosene	P2 per liter

The movements in retail prices will take effect tomorrow (April 21).

Such movements will be implemented after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced last Sunday the reductions in the aforementioned products at the pump.

Over the weekend, the Strait of Hormuz was closed to commercial vessels anew. This was made after the two countries implemented a two-week ceasefire that will expire on April 22.
