Tesla PH Oct. 2025 YTD sales hit 2.1k-unit mark

MANILA: Tesla sales in the Philippines for the first 10 months of 2025 is already over the 2,100-unit mark.

Based on the report from the Philippine Automotive Dealers Association (PADA), the Texas-headquartered marque’s arm in the country retailed a total of 2,165 units — with the majority coming from the commercial vehicle segment.

Last month alone, the company was turned over 150 units, a sharp decline compared to May 2025’s 605-example sales churn (the company’s strongest month shown in the PADA data).

Providing the biggest push for Tesla in the country comes from the commercial vehicle (Model Y), as its offering in the aforementioned segment was able to hand over 1,831 units to clients in January-October 2025.

The said model is available in two trims with an emissions-free range of up to 600 kilometers.

Meanwhile, its challenger in the local passenger car category (the Tesla Model 3) added more thrust to its retail performance with 334 units sold.

Recently, the Philippine-spec Tesla Model 3 was slapped with some new hardware that gave more range as well as upgraded aesthetics.

The updates — which came without any price adjustment — given to the electric car are:

• New front-facing camera 
• Traditional turn signal stalk
• Matte-black badges at the front and rear
• Range now up to 660 kilometers for Long Range All-Wheel Drive option and 571 for the Performance variant
