Tesla PH delivers initial new Model Y units to buyers

MANILA: Tesla Philippines has officially handed over initial units of the new Model Y to its buyers.

In a statement, the electric vehicle company delivered the first 30 units to its rightful owners as the world celebrates Earth Day this year.

Tesla Philippines shared that the endeavor signifies its dedication to providing sustainable transportation solutions. “Get ready to see more Model Ys on the road, leading the way towards a more sustainable future,” the firm added.

The said activity, the company noted, also served as the brand’s kick-off activity for its own Earth Week celebration (happening until April 28) to highlight its commitment to accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

Other Earth Week activities

During the Earth Week celebrations, Tesla owners have a chance to win a special prize by referring friends and family to place orders for the new Model Y or 3.

Per Tesla, the customer with the most referrals who have placed orders during Earth Week will be rewarded with a 20th Anniversary Commemorative Speedform Set. The winner will be announced after the Earth Week on Tesla Philippines official Instagram page.

Aside from that, Tesla vehicle owners can enjoy free Supercharging at Shangri-La Plaza Station (East Wing, B1 Parking, Zone F) on Saturday (April 26), from 10 a.m. till 9 p.m.

Car buyers who will test drive and pre-order a unit during the Earth Week will also be gifted with a Tesla Tomica.
