Under the hood of the top-spec Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy is a 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine or a 1.6-liter hybrid powertrain.

For the top-spec internal combustion version, it uses an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission paired with an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system. At maximum, it can produce up to 277 horsepower (hp) and 422 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque.

The hybrid variant, on the other hand, can churn out 232 hp and 367 Nm of torque. It also has an AWD system, and it is fitted with a six-speed automatic gearbox.

On the outside, the Hyundai Santa Fe wears a modernized yet boxy take on the SUV formula. Up front, it comes with a squarish front fascia with “H-shaped” LED clusters, a rectangular mesh hood, as well as a clean and subdued lower front bumper.

From the side, the model features large, angular wheel arches and a tall but straight-cut roofline and window line. Its rear section, meanwhile, continues the boxy-themed design with its large power tailgate and H-shaped LED taillight lamps.

Other noteworthy exterior equipment on the Santa Fe includes automatic headlamps, power-folding/adjustable side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, dual power sunroofs, and a set of 21-inch wheels (Calligraphy) - among others.

Inside the Hyundai SUV model is a three-row layout equipped with power-adjustable front seats with ventilation, Nappa leather upholstery, a 60:40-split-folding second row, and a dual-zone automatic air-conditioning system.

Notably, interior amenities found inside the Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy also include, but are not limited to:

    • 12.3-inch thin-film transistor instrument cluster
    • 12.3-inch infotainment system
    • Dual wireless smartphone charging pad
    • 50:50 split-fold third row seats
    • UV-C tray
    • Electronic parking brake with auto hold
    • Drive mode selector
    • Smart key and push-to-start button

The Hyundai-made SUV also comes standard with the Smartsense suit of advanced-driver assist systems (ADAS), which includes adaptive cruise control, lane following assist, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, collision-avoidance assist, and a surround view monitor - among others.
