Honda PH to commence City, BR-V Experiential Test Drive for the public this weekend

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) is ready to kick off the “City/BR-V Experiential Test Drive” event from May 16-17, 2026, at The Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Quezon City. 

The aforementioned highlights the Honda City and BR-V through guided, exciting test drives at Parklinks and various product presentations conducted by the brand’s very own product planning team.

Honda City

As of this publishing, the Honda City has a price ranging from P998,000-P1.138 million, across four variants, including the S CVT 30th Anniversary Pearl Edition. 

Under the hood of the Philippine-spec Honda City is a 1.5-liter inline-four gasoline engine paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The model comes with a front-wheel-drive layout, and it can produce up to 119 horsepower (hp) and 145 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque. 

For its exterior, the top-spec Honda City RS comes standard with LED headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, LED taillights, front fog lamps, and automatic headlamp functionality. It also has power-folding/adjustable side mirrors and a set of 16-inch alloy wheels. 

The five-seater interior of the City, meanwhile, was kitted out with leather upholstery, automatic air-conditioning, as well as front and rear center armrests. 

Other notable interior equipment available to the Honda City RS includes, but is not limited to: 

• Honda Sensing advanced driver-assist systems
• 4.2-inch digital display with analog gauges
• Eight-inch infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• Four-piece speaker set
• Keyless entry
• Push-to-start button

Honda BR-V 

Price-wise, the seven-seater Honda BR-V ranges from P1.165 million-P1.4 million. 

Propelling all variants of the said nameplate is a 1.5-liter inline-four gasoline mill that can churn out a maximum of 119 hp and 145 Nm of torque. Power is sent to its front wheels via a CVT. 

Key exterior features of the three-row Honda model are LED exterior lighting fixtures, power-folding/adjustable side mirrors, and roof rails. Completing the look of the BR-V is a set of 17-inch wheels. 

Inside the top-spec Honda BR-V VX is a seven-seater layout fitted with leather seats, a 60:40-split-folding second row, and a 50:50 split-folding third row. 

Like the Honda City RS, the Honda BR-V VX also comes with the brand’s proprietary suite of ADAS features. It also comes with the following amenities: 

• Seven-inch infotainment display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
• Six-piece speaker set
• Automatic air-conditioning
• Smart keyless entry
• 4.2-inch digital display with analog gauges
