During the three-day event, eventgoers were able to immerse themselves in the models’ on- and off-road capabilities.
Aside from that, the event became an exhibit ground for the past iterations of the Hilux and Land Cruiser to pay homage to their rich heritage.
For the Land Cruiser, the displayed units ranged from the 1940s-era LC40 to the previous LC200. We were also able to see the recent FJ Cruiser, which has developed a strong cult following. The heritage display for the Toyota Hilux, meanwhile, ranged from the RN10 first-generation model all the way up to the recent Hilux Conquest.
Personally owned by long-time customers themselves, the aforementioned vehicles–all functional and road worthy–served as “rolling testimonies” on why Filipino buyers across multiple generations gravitate towards Toyota as their primary choice.
A household name with decades of engineering know-how that built it into the reliable car brand that we know today, Toyota in the Philippines is backed by its robust nationwide dealership network with outlets designed as one-stop shops that provide real customer support that meets the needs of current and prospective owners.
Evident from the all-new Toyota Land Cruiser HEV (which was also showcased in the event), the leading automotive marque proved that it has not rested on its laurels and continues to innovate–bringing the well-storied nameplate into the realm of the high-technology with its powerful yet efficient electrified powertrain.
Likewise, the Toyota Legacy Experience became a lively avenue for car clubs to congregate and share insights about their vehicles. Through the event, Toyota-centric groups displayed camaraderie among Toyota owners, demonstrating creativity in modifying their rides.
Last but not least, a number of aftermarket brands participated in the three-day event with booths displaying Toyota-compatible parts, accessories, as well as full off-road and overlanding builds.
