You can now book your Suzuki PH service appointment online

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines, Inc. (SPH) has revealed its new service appointment feature — a new innovation that enables customers to book service appointments with their preferred dealer outlet easily through an online booking form.

This is in line with the company’s goal of exploring more approaches to connect with its loyal customers during these challenging times, and help them navigate the new normal.

 

Customers who will be able to complete the online booking form will receive an email indicating the details of their requested service appointment. They will also receive a reminder e-mail as a notification to confirm their requests and secure a service appointment schedule.

Along with the launch of this new service on the SPH website, the company also announced its newest promo offering: The all-in heavy preventive maintenance service (PMS) package promo, which is only at P4,999 until September 30, 2020.

The package consists of items such as transmission fluid, brake cleaner, engine coolant, brake fluid, air filter, spark plugs, drain plug gasket, oil filter, and genuine mineral oil (5W30) to ensure that Suzuki vehicles will be able to perform efficiently.

The promo applies to all all authorized Suzuki dealer outlets across the country, Suzuki vehicles that are qualified for PMS with the required attained distance in kilometers, and customer vehicle owners who are due for heavy PMS.

These are just some of the virtual deals, and upcoming promos that Suzuki Philippines has for its new and existing customers.
