Local launch
Lynk & Co. 06 Origin SE Sport
Lynk & Co. Philippines has released a limited-run version of the 06 sport utility vehicle.
With a retail price of P1.134 million, the Lynk & Co. 06 Origin SE Sport boasts a sharper exterior with orange accents, blacked-out side mirror caps, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
Honda CR-V
The new Honda CR-V was showcased at the recently held Honda Next Level Mobility Tour at The Block, SM North EDSA in Quezon City.
Scheduled last weekend (March 13 to 15), buyers were able check out the Honda City 30th Anniversary Pearl Edition and the CR-V V HuNT.
Kia EV5
Kia Philippines previewed the EV5 at the recent Kia Movement at Alabang Town Center.
Happened over the weekend, visitors were able to check the upcoming electric car from the South Korean carmaker.
Changan Eado Plus
Changan Philippines is poised to launch the Eado Plus on March 25.
To note, Zigwheels Philippines was able to have an early peek at the sedan, after the publication was invited by the Inchcape Philippines-led brand to the company’s headquarters in China.

Local turnovers
Some local brands turned over vehicles to local agencies and institutions.
Mitsubishi Motors, for example, handed over an L300 commercial vehicle to the Bureau of Fire Protection last week. Likewise, Ford Motor Company Philippines donated a Ranger Sport 4x4 unit to the Gawad Kalinga Foundation.
Other local news
In other stories, Suzuki launched a new initiative highlighting the Fronx. The “My Fronx, My Scene” contest, participants were to share stories about their experiences with their beloved rides.
BYD’s luxury arm, Denza, has rolled out a limited P300,000 price cut on the D9. It will run until the end of the month.
On the other hand, GWM Philippines launched a 10-year or 1-million-kilometer powertrain (whichever comes first) warranty for several variants of the GWM Cannon and the GWM Haval H9 4x4.
As for Nissan Philippines, the company has opened its new dealership in Calamba to strengthen its presence in the country.
