Dealership features
The newly opened facility is located at New Nemar’s motorcycle dealer complex—specifically at Phase 3, Building 5, Motorrad Alley, General Luna Street, Pilahan, Sabang, Lipa City.
It is built as a 3S shop and offers a range of solutions, including electric motorcycle sales, spare parts procurement for owners, as well as maintenance and repair services.
The showroom floor can accommodate up to eight electric motorbikes. Since the brand currently has three offerings, their notable features are displayed on a dedicated wall on the exhibition floor to help potential customers make a better buying decision.
Sitting close is the reception area where buyers can sit down with a sales agent, who can further explain the ins and outs of electric motorcycle ownership. Nearby is a stock room where they keep spare parts.
Adjacent to the showroom is a service area with two bays, fitted with what looks like a lifter for working on motorcycles.
VinFast electric motorcycle owners can juice up their rides using the battery swapping station, made more accessible by placing the two cabinets (with 12 slots each) near the driveway of the dealer complex.
Design-wise, VinFast E-Motorcycle Batangas appears to take cues from the manufacturer’s dealerships in its home country, Vietnam. Notably, the wall that divides the showroom and service area is see-through, allowing owners to observe the work being done on their rides while comfortably staying in an air-conditioned hall.
