2020 Isuzu D-Max LS-A launched in Cebu city

Isuzu Philippines Corporation officially launched the 2020 Isuzu D-Max LS-A in Manila last month and now Visayas region will enjoy the new D-Max variant.

The launch of the latest pickup was recently seen at the Mountain Wing Atrium of the SM Seaside in Cebu City, During the launch, visitors observed the vehicle from close and also gained the opportunity of test ride it at the mall’s open parking grounds.

The aforesaid event was organized with a vision to showcase the potential of 4x4 pickup on different rough terrains. 

As per the company, the event demonstrates the complete specs of the model which cater to the modern Filipino lifestyle i.e., the lifestyle which augments the best qualities of the urban professional and weekend adventurer.

Isuzu Philippines president, Hajime Koso stated, “The D-MAX LS-A represents nearly a century of Isuzu’s experience and innovation in the design, engineering, and workmanship of diesel-powered utility vehicles. The D-MAX LS-A is infused, as well, with features that address the demands of a market that value both hard work and play, business with leisure.”

The version launched in the Visayas is the same as the one launched in Manila. The specs of the new Isuzu pick-up include a more aggressive look with a dark gray grille, front bumper, and fog lamp housings. The side mirrors, step board, rocker panel, cargo extender, and roof rails can also be seen in the same contrasting shade. 

The mechanical bits feature a 4JJ1-TCX 3.0-litre inline-four Blue Power diesel engine with a turbo intercooler which is mated to either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission, producing 177 hp of power and 380 Nm of torque. 

The available color shades include Cosmic Black, Sapphire Blue, Titanium Silver, Red Spinel, Splash White and Silky Pearl White.

• Isuzu D-Max 3.0 LS-A 4x2 MT priced at Php 1,320,000
• Isuzu D-Max 3.0 LS-A 4x2 AT priced at Php 1,390,000
• Isuzu D-Max 3.0 LS-A 4x4 MT priced at Php 1,630,000 
• Isuzu D-Max 3.0 LS-A 4x4 AT priced at Php 1,700,000
