MANILA: Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) is launching a model at the upcoming 2025 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), and it could be the next-generation Dzire.

For the unaware, the said model was previously launched in India back in 2024.
Additionally, the vehicle shown on the teaser wears a headlamp that is similar in shape to that of the next-generation sedan. And while the entire picture isn’t clear, it likewise bears a more aggressive and large grille design found on the model’s current version in India.
For now, SPH itself has not confirmed if this is indeed the Dzire. So, while waiting for its formal introduction at MIAS, let’s check out the specifications of the Indian market Suzuki Dzire.

In India, the latest iteration of the Suzuki Dzire has evolved to become a sharper-looking sedan with plenty of visual improvements. It still keeps a respectable amount of chrome trimmings, but it has a lot of modern styling details that make it more angular-looking and aggressive.

In the South Asian republic, the Suzuki Dzire is propelled by the 1.2-liter Z12E inline-3 gasoline engine. The said mill is paired with a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission.
