BAIC PH opens CDO dealership

MANILA: BAIC (Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation) Philippines has opened its dealership in Cagayan de Oro City.

The newly-inaugurated dealership in Northern Mindanao is under Magnum Motors Corporation — the same dealer-principal that manages Jetour's dealership in the area.

Located at Gusa National Highway, Cagayan de Oro City, BAIC Cagayan de Oro is aimed at serving the growing automotive market in the region.

According to the United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated (UAAGI)-led automotive distributor, the new showroom and aftersales facility was formally opened to customers last January 14.

Leading the ribbon-cutting ceremony were BAIC Philippines executives Christopher Yu (brand head and general manager), Matthew Hildawa (sales and training manager) as well as Magnum Motors Corporation’s key leaders namely Roger Chiu (president), Edward Chiu (vice president), and Nathan Chiu (managing director).

The aforementioned establishment comes with a spacious showroom that highlights the marque’s local lineup such as the following:

• B30e Dune
• X55 Verve Sport
• B40 Ragnar
• B60 Beaumont
• B80 Wagon

Aside from that, the dealership boasts a service center manned by skilled professionals to ensure comprehensive after sales support.

To note, all BAIC vehicles are packaged with a 150,000-kilometer or five-year warranty (whichever comes first).

BAIC Philippines is inviting the public to visit its Cagayan showroom, which is open Mondays-Saturdays — from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

“With this expansion, BAIC Philippines reaffirms its goal to inspire Filipino drivers to explore new horizons and ‘Dare to Drive Big’,” the company noted in a statement.
