Changan ‘Vital 5’ to provide hassle-free after-sales support

MANILA: Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) launched its Changan Vital 5 after-sales service, which targets to upgrade the brand’s customer support in the Philippine market.

The breakthrough car care program ensures that the customer’s "five vital vehicle service needs" will constantly be prioritized in this new normal.

Changan enumerated the program’s five essential “vital signs” which include the Changan five-year warranty, the Changan Fastlane + ASAP60, 100% maintenance parts availability, the Changan Pace-Setter, and the CAIA 24/7 customer care.

Every purchase of a Changan vehicle automatically comes with a five-year/150,000-km warranty, whichever comes first.

To guarantee efficient preventive maintenance service (PMS) for its vehicles, Changan assigns two certified service technicians to take care of the unit. Changan assures that every PMS session would last in a maximum of 60 minutes; otherwise, the labor will be free. The service includes standard PMS parts, lubes, fluids replacement, and unit inspection.

CMPI further proves that it is going to provide an exceptional kind of after-sales service as it promises that all maintenance parts will be fully available. If not, the customer can avail them for free.

In case a customer gets stuck in an unfortunate road event, Changan will always be ready to provide its free towing and roadside assistance at any area nationwide.

Changan has also introduced the innovative Changan Artificial Intelligence Agent (CAIA), where customers can make an inquiry or schedule an appointment. The CAIA is available 24/7 in the official Facebook page of CMPI (facebook.com/ChanganPhil).
