eFransisco Motors, HDEX collaborate to reshape public transport landscape

MANILA: eFransisco Motors and Global Hydrogen Exchange (HDEX) announced their partnership aimed at reshaping the Filipino transportation sector.

The said collaboration between the two brands is said to harmonize with the distinctive business goals of both entities, offering a dynamic framework that will allow for growth and innovation.

“This partnership marks a significant leap. We are confident that our combined strengths will propel us towards sustainable growth,” HDEX Chairman Aron Dutta said.

For those who do not know, HDEX is a company dedicated to advancing the possibilities within the evolving hydrogen market. It offers a reliable platform for seamless trade and contributing to the sustainable future of energy.

On the other hand, eFransisco Motors (formerly Fransisco Motors) has been one of the major players in the jeepney manufacturing business.

The firm participates in the Philippine government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernisation Program, which aims to replace all jeepneys and other Public Utility Vehicles that are at least 15 years old with more energy-efficient and environment-friendly alternatives.

“We do not see hydrogen as an alternative fuel, rather, it is fuel of the future,” remarked eFrancisco Motor Corporation Chief Executive Officer Elmer Fancisco.

No particular product has been revealed as of the moment. However, the said partnership will see the two companies openly exchange invaluable insights, cutting-edge research, and extensive industry expertise, which could result in the creation of a product that can set a new standard for environmentally conscious and efficient mobility solutions powered by hydrogen technology.
