Geely PH celebrates 6th year, 'commits to consistent customer care'
Brand wants to build lasting trust and sustainable growth in PH
MANILA: Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) is celebrating its sixth year in the Philippine market by reaffirming its commitment to providing better car ownership experiences and consistent customer care to local would-be buyers and current Geely owners.

In 2025, the brand reached a turning point when it became a subsidiary of the Geely Auto Group. During this time, it also introduced the EX5 - its first-ever all-electric model for the local market.
With all that said, the company wants to attain “lasting trust and sustainable growth” in the country. It has stated that it can do so with the backing of its parent company and the strengthened support of its dealer network.
“Our progress has never been ours alone. It belongs to the customers who chose us, and the dealers who carried our name in their communities. This anniversary is about standing with them as we move forward together,” Geely Motor Philippines Chief Executive Officer Sylva Yu said.

Geely Coolray, Okavango Elite discounts
With the aforementioned anniversary celebrations, GMP also provided huge discounts for the Coolray and Okavango Elite. Earlier in the month, it dropped the price of the Coolray by P150,000, and the Okavango Elite by P100,000.

The family-friendly Okavango Elite, meanwhile, can be brought home for just P1.268 million. Per the company, the aforementioned discounts are its way of giving back to the Philippine market.
Propelling the Geely Okavango Elite is a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT). At maximum, it can produce up to 187 horsepower (hp) and 300 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque. The model also boasts a 48-volt mild-hybrid system.
