Giti forges partnership with PTTI

MANILA: Giti has forged an alliance with Power Tractire Incorporated (PTTI)--marking the brand’s formal introduction in the Philippines. 

In a statement, the local aftersales giant expressed its confidence in the brand, saying that the latter is backed by advanced German-engineered technology.

To the unaware, Giti is a global tire manufacturer that is present in more than 130 markets worldwide. Founded in  1951 and headquartered in Singapore, the company has grown to over 28,000  employees globally and operates five world-class manufacturing facilities supported  by advanced research and development centers in Germany, United States, China, and Indonesia.  

With PTTI’s nationwide distribution network and around 30,000-square-meter strategically-located warehouse facilities, the premium tire marque has become more accessible to the market.

The local distributor also said that the brand's entry to the local market is timely, given the increasing demand for  reliable, performance-driven tires as well as the rapidly-growing electric vehicle market.

Giti and PTTI are set to offer a diverse tire lineup that would cover passenger cars, sport utility vehicles of varying sizes suited for today’s vehicles. 

Positioned at a competitive mid level price point, Giti combines global engineering standards with strong everyday  value.  

Further, Giti tires are being used as original equipment of models under BYD, Jetour, GAC, and Changan.
