MIAS 2026 gains more ground

MANILA: The venue for the upcoming Manila International Auto Show (MIAS)  will have an extended venue.

In a statement, the organizers said the exhibits will reach the Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC). 

To note, the main venue of the highly anticipated automotive industry event is still the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City. Its extension at PTTC, however, allows the organizers of MIAS 2026 to display an additional 100 vehicles. 

Moreover, the MIAS extension at PTTC will hold more spaces for small businesses and participating exhibitors. For example, food stalls can set up at the said venue’s dedicated food court. 

In total, PTTC is set to around 22,500 square meters of combined indoor and outdoor display space. Per MIAS organizer Worldbex Services International, this further cements the event as one of the largest of its kind in the Philippine setting.

MIAS 2026: other details

As previously reported, the 2026 edition of MIAS is scheduled from April 9-12. The four-day program is expected to bring together under one roof, the country’s leading automotive brands. On that note, these brands will have the opportunity to bring their respective innovations and products to the limelight - directly in the purview of the general public. 

Notably, MIAS is also one of the premier avenues where most locally present brands launch their latest and greatest products. 

This year’s MIAS will have the theme “Powering Mobility,” so, in addition to providing a comprehensive overview of the current state of the automotive industry, the event will also showcase advancements that are touted to benefit society as a whole. 

For now, Worldbex Services International has not yet provided a complete list of participating brands for the 2026 MIAS. Otherwise, the event, just like its previous iterations, is expected to host the following key activities:

• Test Drive Avenue
• Truck Zone (truck and commercial vehicle displays)
• Car Club Display (avenue for car communities to showcase their custom rides)
• Die-Cast Car Collection (dedicated area of die-cast car scale models)

Those interested, however, can already secure tickets from the official 2026 MIAS website.
