Hella unveils initial lube line in PH

MANILA: Hella entered the tightly-contested local lubricant segment with the introduction of its string of engine oils.

Composed of semi- and fully-synthetic lubricants for automotive and motorcycles, the newly-launched product line features German technology — with the full range tested for tropical road conditions.

“Every drop represents more than just performance — it’s a reflection of our respect for those who spend their days and nights on the road. Hella engine oils are engineered with purpose: to perform, to protect, and to care,” Hella Philippines Country Manager Jason de Leon said.

For his part, Hella Asia Head of Asia Andy See said that introduction of the lubricants are also rooted on its campaign “Driven by Care — The Hella Way.” “Every product we create — from lighting and horns to engine oils — carries the same promise: to protect lives, enhance performance, and care for those who keep our roads alive. Whether on two wheels or four, Hella is committed to keeping every journey safe and reliable.”

Although the engine oils have just entered the local market, de Leon expressed confidence on what the products could do in the country — noting that the products are already present in other parts of the globe.

“We introduced these products in response to the growing population of motorcycle users here,” de Leon told Zigwheels Philippines.

For four wheels:

• Xvance GP Ultra (fully synthetic; for gasoline and diesel; in one-liter packaging)
  
  • 5W30
  • 5W40

• Xvance GP 7000 (fully synthetic; for gasoline; in one- and four-liter packaging
  
  • 5W40
  • 10W40
  • 20W50

• Xdurance Series (for diesel; in one-, four-, and six-liter packaging)
  
  • GC Ultra (fully synthetic; 10W40)
  • GC5000 (synthetic; 15W40)
  • GC4000 (synthetic; 15W40)

For two wheels (in one-liter packaging):

• Xvance 4T Ultra (10W50; fully synthetic racing)
• Xvance 4T Motor (10W40; fully synthetic)
• Xvance 4T Scooter (5W40 and 10W40)
