Hyundai Philippines launches its 30 minutes Fast Track Service

MANILA: In order to connect with its customers, and build a strong long-lasting relationship, Hyundai Philippines has launched a new initiative. It is called the Fast Track Service and it promises a Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) within 30 minutes.

In today’s fast-paced world where people hardly have time to look after themselves let alone their vehicles, Hyundai has stepped forward to try and resolve this issue. Hyundai says that as per its Fast Track Service if the company isn’t able to offer a complete Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) within 30 minutes then the customer is not required to pay for the service.

That’s a bold statement and to make sure that it is being fulfilled at all times, Hyundai has created teams of highly trained experts. The teams are provided with all the necessary and advanced tools along with machinery to carry out their tasks.

Hyundai says that its Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) include oil changes, brake cleaning, and checks on consumables like lights, wipers, and engine fluids. Additional services such as replacement of brake pads, wiper blades, and busted bulbs can also be performed.

At present, Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) has the Fast Track Program set up in 18 out of their 42 dealerships around the country. Hyundai wants to get this service across all its dealerships at the earliest. It is expected that by the end of the year a total of 36 dealerships will get this program.

It is a good step from Hyundai Philippines. The Korean manufacturer has got a solid product lineup here and in order to grow in this competitive market, just making brilliant cars is not enough.
