In the Philippines, the Hyundai Ioniq 9 starts at P4.58 million.According to the Korean carmaker’s report, the Ioniq 9 earned the highest possible “Good” rating from all of IIHS’ test categories, which include front and side crash protection, and forward collision prevention.
The aforementioned is a noteworthy milestone for Hyundai as IIHS has recently made its battery of tests more rigorous. In particular, its improved front collision test now uses a child-sized (or small female-sized) dummy in the rear seat. The aforementioned Hyundai nameplate passed this said test with a “Good” rating - a requirement for the 2025 TSP+.

In the Philippine market, the Hyundai Ioniq 9 is a three-row all-electric midsize sport utility vehicle (SUV) with a starting price of P4.58 million.
Propelling the Hyundai Ioniq 9 is a permanent magnet synchronous motor capable of producing up to 303 horsepower (hp) and 605 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque. Its 110.3 kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery also provides it with a range of 600 kilometers.

The all-electric model was also equipped with flush door handles, digital side mirrors, a height-adjustable power tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, and LED exterior lighting fixtures - among others.
