Hyundai Motor PH starts referral program to stir more Stargazer sales

MANILA:  Hyundai Motor Philippines Incorporated (HMPH) has launched its first-ever referral program that is expected to push for more sales.

In a statement, the Korean automaker’s local arm said that the newest initiative is set to reward Hyundai owners should they refer the recently-revealed Hyundai Stargazer to their family and friends.

Up until the end of November 2025, the Hyundai Referral Program will give existing Hyundai owners aged 18 years and above a P5,000 e-gift certificate for every successful transaction.

Participants simply need to provide their vehicle identification number (VIN) to verify their eligibility and referral entry.

According to HMPH Managing Director Cecil Capacete, the newly-launched sales promo is the firm’s way to show appreciation and give back to its valued customers.

“We believe that great experiences are best shared, and through this program, we’re giving our Hyundai family the chance to extend that experience to others,” Capacete was quoted as saying.

Additionally, the vehicle boasts numerous updates such as:

• Sheriff-style front combination lights
• Hyundai’s latest take of the H-signature LED daytime running lights and bumper
• Functional bridge-type roof rail that can carry up 100 kilograms of cargo (exclusive to the top-level trim)
• 17-inch alloy wheels

It also features the best-in-class wheelbase that translates to generous space inside the cabin.

Inside, the new Hyundai Stargazer is fitted with a pair of 10.25-inch displays (one serves as a digital instrument cluster with tire pressure monitoring system and the other, an infotainment display with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity).

Its host of amenities include an automatic climate control system, wireless charging pad, and new ambient lighting.

Further, the new Hyundai Stargazer is outfitted with middle and third rows that can be folded 60-40 and fully-flat respectively that ensures flexibility in terms of hauling capacity.

Powering the new Hyundai Stargazer is a 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated gasoline engine mated to an Intelligent Variable Transmission that is also found on its predecessor. This powertrain has the capacity to dish out:
