Initial Aito M9 units now in PH

MANILA: The initial Aito M9 units have arrived in the Philippines, QSJ Motors Philippines Incorporated said.

The first few examples of the aforementioned new energy vehicle offering — which served as the marque’s gateway to entering the local market — came following its preview at the Manila International Auto Show 2025 last April.

Here are the prices of the Aito M9:

• Max AWD REEV: P5.757 million
• Ultra AWD REEV: P6.357 million
• Ultra RWD BEV: P6.557 million

In a statement, the local arm of the company created by Seres and Huawei expressed firm belief that the Aito M9 signals the arrival of the future of driving – smarter, more advanced, and designed for those ready to embrace innovation at its peak.

“The AITO M9’s reception in China reflects a shift in consumer preference towards intelligent, high-performance NEVs,” QSJ Motors-AITO Philippines Marketing Director Jona Chiang was quoted as saying.

“Chinese buyers know what they want, and the fact that they embraced the AITO M9 so enthusiastically is a testament to its superior technology, comfort, and driving experience. Discerning Filipino NEV enthusiasts can now experience the M9, too,” she added.

The Aito M9 is powered by two electric motors in all-wheel-drive configuration. This setup has the capacity to dish out:

On paper, the vehicle can go 0-100 kilometers per hour in 4.9 seconds.

Providing juice to the mill is the 52-kilowatt-hour battery that gives it an emissions-free range of more than 200 kilometers. Complementing this is the vehicle’s range-extender system that comes with a fuel tank, which gives an additional 1,000 kilometers.

Recently, the Aito M9 received a five-star rating from China New Car Safety Assessment Program (C-NCAP), thanks to its various safety technologies.

Per QSJ Motors, the vehicle has 20 active safety features that consist of advanced front, lateral, and rear protection systems — letting it achieve a 93.9 percent score under the assessment program.

Available for test drives, the Aito M9 can be seen at its Test Drive Center in Primex Tower located at the corner of Connecticut and Epifanio delos Santos Avenue in San Juan, Metro Manila.
