Isuzu PH breaks ground for soon-to-rise 50th dealership

MANILA: A new Isuzu dealership is being established in Mandaluyong City that will be part of the Japanese marque’s “Road to 50” goal in the country.

The soon-to-rise Isuzu Mandaluyong — which is under Iconic Dealership Incorporated (IDI) — shall be strategically situated along Shaw Boulevard. This is expected to be opened before the end of the year.

In a statement, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) shared that its upcoming 50th dealership reinforces the company’s nationwide presence and commitment to strengthening market share — particularly in the light commercial vehicle segment.

“This milestone is more than just a new business venture, it’s a testament to your relentless drive and shared vision for growth, resilience, and quality service. Establishing a branch right in the heart of a bustling urban city like Mandaluyong is both timely and strategic. It brings the Isuzu brand even closer to a wide array of customers in one of the most progressive corridors of Metro Manila,” newly-hailed IPC President Mikio Tsukui said.

Per IPC, the location was chosen out of meticulous consideration. “Mandaluyong City, with its thriving commercial centers, expanding residential communities, and growing middle-class population, represents a vibrant urban market ideal for the Isuzu brand,” the firm explained.

The said dealership will be created in accordance with the new Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) that would ensure a customer-focused experience.

With a total floor area of 2,108 square meters, the dealership will feature the following:

• 709-square-meter showroom that can display up to five vehicles, including light-duty trucks
• Service area with four service bays, a dedicated car wash section, and ample customer parking

In congratulating IDI for the Isuzu Mandaluyong, Tsukui shared that the soon-to-open facility shall be successful.
