MIAS 2025: BYD Cars PH to formally reveal all-new eMAX 7

MANILA: BYD Cars Philippines is set to launch the all-new eMAX 7 at the upcoming 20th Manila International Auto Show (MIAS). 

The ACMobility-led car brand revealed the aforementioned during an exclusive preview of the all-new electric-powered multi-purpose vehicle (MPV). Additionally, the marque said that several examples of the eMAX 7 will be available at MIAS for public test drives. 

For now, BYD’s local arm has yet to reveal the complete feature list of the Philippine-spec eMAX 7. So, for now, let’s check out what was previously shown about the upcoming ride by homologation papers published by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) several weeks ago.

BYD eMAX 7: possible specifications

Per LTO Memorandum Circular VDM-2025-4125, one variant of the upcoming MPV will have a six-seater configuration. As such, it is likely equipped with second-row captain seats.

For folks who want to see the upcoming BYD eMAX 7 in the metal or take it out for a test drive, be aware that this year’s MIAS is scheduled to commence from April 10-13. It will be held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
