Final thoughts
To note, the Volvo EX90 is slightly larger than the BMW iX and Kia EV9 as it is a full-size model. Regardless, it roughly falls within the same price range.
That said, the Volvo-made all-electric SUV does have the right stuff to compete with its rivals. Moreover, it appears to offer greater range and power. This goes with its potential strength when it comes to driveability and ride comfort, due to its air suspension system - a feature that is absent on the other models on this list.
Serious would-be car buyers on the hunt for a plush, family-friendly EV SUV, however, should do well to take the Volvo EX90 and the other models on this list for a test drive. Sure, reading specs on the internet is a good start, but having real seat time with the cars you’re looking to buy is always ideal.
