New Nissan Patrol Royale Revealed, Better and Economical

MANILA: Seem the Japanese brand, Nissan is really active on the Philippine front as it has just launched the cute, cuddly Juke and again came up with revamped Patrol Royale which not only exhibit cosmetic changes but also see revision in prices also. Initially tagged at a price of PhP 4,995,000, the new Patrol Royale will carry a tag of PhP 3,990,000. Whoa! That's like a considerable slash of PhP 1,005,000. What else one would want than better looks and comforts at a lesser price.

Visual changes include bolder V-motion grill that incorporates three bars and two bars on each corner, replacing the previous honeycomb design. The LED lights and fog lights are bigger with chrome trim. The rear has revised tail lights and the bottom has new 20-inch wheels. The only change in the interior is the application of wood trim to the steering wheel. Rest the same leather trims on door panels, centre console and some chrome trims scattered brighten up the interiors of Patrol Royale.

The revamped Patrol Royale receives no changes under the hood as the same 5.6-litre V8 engine rests there which when paired with 5-speed automatic transmission produce 371 PS and 526 Nm of torque. For off-road use, electronic full-time four-wheel drive system with 4-low, 4-high and automatic settings are offered. The safety features are same like traction control system, vehicle dynamic control system, hill start assist, electronic brake force distribution, active brake limited slip and 6 SRS airbag system.

Thus, we can see that the major and the attractive change is in the price. After all a full-size SUV worth a million Pesos less is not a bad deal to buy for companionship on roads.
